Shipping & Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept exchanges. However, there are NO REFUNDS on purchases. In order for an exchange to be made, you must contact us first notifying that you would like an item exchanged. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, in pristine condition with tags attached. You must also provide us with the original receipt and all original order information.

Exchanges will only be made within 5 days after receiving the item. No excuses.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation regarding the item you want to exchange. 

We are not responsible for shipping payment for the initial exchange but we will gladly cover the shipping back to the initial buyer.

SHIPPING POLICY

All US Domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. We also offer Express 2 day shipping. All International order will be mailed by USPS Air Mail which takes 6-10 business days. 

*Please note LFYT International will show up on your Credit Card statement when you place an order with us online.
