This is definitely one for the books. Being that Virgil will be Louis Vuitton's first black artistic director. There aren't many African-American designers in luxury fashion houses. Olivier Rousteing at Balmain and Ozwald Boateng at Givenchy ('03-'07) are the only ones to achieve such success. Congratulations to Virgil and those who've helped him get to this point. Lets take a look and appreciate Virgil's past endeavors and contributions to the "culture".
